Durham International is a Swiss company specialized in the import and export of goods.
A logo with a slant gives the touch of dynamism and movement of airlines companies.
II.
Logo Design, Typography and Stationery
The logo is composed of the negative space that forms the union of the letters d and i. In addition, it leans imitating the shape of the tail of an airplane to give it the movement of a transport company
To maintain the Swiss identity we used one typeface in 3 different weights.
Suisse Intl Bold for the logotype; and Suisse Regular & Light, for the rest of the text.
III.
Use of logo, Colour Palette & Application
Red, white and black are one of the most stricking colour combination, it is emotional. Red is angry. powerful, alive. Black is elegant, calm and dominante. White is clean, pure and honest. Besides, red and white are the colours of the Swiss flag.
It was also complemented with three shades of gray to create a variety of tones for all the brand.
